About Seth Rich
Seth Rich is the founder and owner of InvestInAZProperties.com, ShortSaleOpedia.com, and AztecCorridor.com. He earned his real estate license in 2003 and established these niche companies to compete in the ever changing real estate landscape in Arizona. His business acumen, strategic planning, and negotiation skills have aided hundreds of individuals and families in the process of buying and selling their homes. He specializes in investment properties, short sale negotiations, and the North Scottsdale area.
Seth earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, in Psychology and Business. In addition, he earned his MBA from Purdue University, in Finance and Strategic Management. Seth and his family have lived in Scottsdale, Arizona since 1995. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, fishing and playing softball. He is a member of both the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Scottsdale Association of Realtors (SARS). Seth is a Certified Residential Specialists (CRS), which is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field obtained by only 4% of all Realtors nationwide.
Seth was featured as the cover story in Top Agent Magazine in 2012 for his outreach efforts in building ShortSaleOpedia.com into a nationally recognized network of short sale agents.
Some of Seth’s strongest attributes are his tenacious negotiating skills, his ability to listen to his clients goals and achieve those goals, and his full-time availability to respond to his clients needs.
